Preliminary Procedures Remove the engine cooling fan shroud. Refer to Engine Coolant Fan Replacement : 1.8L 2H0 - Manual Transmission → 1.8L 2H0 - Automatic Transmission → 2.0L Diesel LNP .
1	Engine Coolant Fan Resistor Mount
2	Engine Coolant Fan Resistor Mount Bolt Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section. Tighten 5 N·m (44 lb in) Procedure In case of a broken engine coolant fan resistor mount use this repair procedure.
