Clutch Actuator Cylinder Pipe Replacement - F40

1. Remove the manual transmission. Refer to Transmission Replacement .



2. Remove the clutch actuator cylinder pipe connector (1) from the clutch housing.
3. Detach the clutch actuator cylinder pipe nut (3).
4. Remove the clutch actuator cylinder pipe (2).

1. Install the clutch actuator cylinder pipe (2).
2. Install the clutch actuator cylinder pipe connector (1) to the clutch housing.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

3. Install the clutch actuator cylinder pipe nut (3) and tighten to 18 N·m (13 lb ft).
4. Install the manual gearbox. Refer to Transmission Replacement .
