Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation .
2. Remove the headlamps. Refer to Headlamp Replacement .
3. Remove the bonnet hold-open rod. Refer to Bonnet Hold-Open Rod Replacement .
4. Remove the bonnet primary and secondary catches. Refer to Bonnet Primary and Secondary Catch Replacement .

Caution : Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
22 N·m (16 lb ft)
