Preliminary Procedures

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection : without Start/Stop System
2. Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging .
3. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
4. Remove the charge air cooler inlet hose. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Inlet Hose Replacement : 2.0L Diesel LNP
