Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement - 1.8L 2H0

1. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection : without Start/Stop System .
2. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .



3. Loosen the hose clamp (1).
4. Remove the radiator outlet hose assembly (3) from the water pump.
5. Unclip the clamp (2).
6. Remove the radiator outlet hose assembly (3) from the radiator.

1. Install the radiator outlet hose assembly (3) to the radiator.
2. Clip in the clamp (2).
3. Install the radiator outlet hose assembly (3) to the water pump.
4. Install the hose clamp (1).
5. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
6. Connect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection : without Start/Stop System .
