Thermostat Bypass Hose Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the engine water outlet adaptor. Refer to Engine Water Outlet Adaptor Replacement : 2.0L Diesel LNP .

  2. Remove the thermostat bypass hose clip (2) and the thermostat bypass hose (1) from the thermostat bypass pipe (3).

Installation Procedure

  1. Install the thermostat bypass hose clip (2) and the thermostat bypass hose (1) to the thermostat bypass pipe (3).
  2. Install the engine water outlet adaptor. Refer to Engine Water Outlet Adaptor Replacement : 2.0L Diesel LNP .
