Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the centre pillar upper trim panel. Refer to Centre Pillar Upper Trim Panel Replacement .
2. Remove the center pillar lower trim panel. Refer to Center Pillar Lower Trim Panel Replacement .

Front Seat Belt Upper Anchor Bolt

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
40 N·m (30 lb ft)

Front Seat Belt Lower Anchor Bolt

Tighten
40 N·m (30 lb ft)

Front Seat Belt Retractor Bolt

Tighten
40 N·m (30 lb ft)

Front Seat Belt Assembly

Procedure

1. Disconnect the pretensioner connector from the retractor.
2. Remove the retractor from the body panel.
