DTC C056E 47: Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) Not Programmed
Conditions for Running the DTC
• | Ignition voltage is greater than 8 volts. |
Conditions for Setting the DTC
The EBCM detects an internal calibration failure.
Action Taken When the DTC Sets
The EBCM enables the antilock brake system (ABS)/traction control system (TCS)/vehicle stability enhancement system (VSES) for the duration of the ignition cycle.
Conditions for Clearing the DTC
• | The EBCM deletes the DTC as soon as the fault condition is recovered. |
• | The EBCM automatically clears the history DTC when a current DTC is not detected in 40 consecutive drive cycles. |
