Clutch Pedal Free Travel Adjustment

Note: During inspection, take care on sudden departure.

It is designed that there is no clutch pedal free travel.

For the clutch pedal travel (a), adjust it within specified range after operating the clutch pedal over 20 times.

Specifications
The clutch pedal travel (a) specifications equals 125-135 mm (4.9-5.3 in).

After starting the engine, check if the clearance between the pedal and floor is within the specified range in the condition of idling, lifting, parking brake, and drawing out the clutch pedal.

Specifications
The clearance between the pedal and floor just before the clutch connection (b) equals 61-68 mm (2.4-2.7 in).
