Clutch Pedal Arm Replacement

1. Remove the clutch cable adjusting nut (1).
2. Remove the clutch release bumper assembly (2) from the clutch cable (3).



3. Remove the clutch release arm bolt and nut (1).
4. Remove the clutch release arm (2).

1. Install the release arm to the release shaft and align to the marked position (1).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

2. Install the release arm bolt and nut (2) and tighten to 13 N·m (10 lb ft) .



3. Install the clutch release bumper assembly (2) to the clutch cable (3).
4. Install the clutch cable adjusting nut (1).
5. Adjust the clutch cable. Refer to Clutch Assembly Adjustment .
