Oil Pump Assemble

  1. Install the oil pump inner rotor (1) and oil pump outer rotor (3) in the oil pump housing (2) with the punch marks visible.

  2. Install the oil pump cover (2) in the oil pump housing.

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  3. Install the oil pump cover bolts (1) and tighten to 9 N·m (80 lb in).
