Control Valve Lower Body Disassemble

    2308322

    Note:

       • Each valve can be removed by being slid with the weight of the valve itself.
If the valve will not slide in this manner, push it out with a wire or face the valve inserting side downward and tap the valve lightly with a rubber-headed hammer. Do not scratch the valve and damage its surface or hole.
       • Do not use a magnet. It may cause residual magnetism.
       • Be careful not to drop or lose the valve and internal components.

  1. Remove the retainer plate pin (1), the spring (2) and the torque converter relief valve (3).
  2. Remove the retainer plate pin (4), the plug (5), the spring (6) and the 1-2 accumulator (7).
  3. Remove the retainer plate pin (8), the plug (9), the outer spring (10), the inner spring (11), and the throttle pressure accumulator (12).
  4. Remove the retainer plate pin (13), the plug (14), the outer spring (15), the inner spring (16), and the low clutch accumulator (17).
