Preliminary Procedure

Open the bonnet and disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .

Disconnect the breather hose (1) from the air cleaner outlet duct.

Disconnect the connector from the intake air temperature sensor (2).

Remove the air cleaner assembly retaining bolt (3) (Qty: 4).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
6 N·m (53.1 lb in)

Disconnect the resonator duct from the air cleaner assembly.
