Remove the rear side door upper rear trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Upper Rear Trim Panel Replacement .

Rear Side Door Outside Handle Bolt (Qty: 2)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
4.5 N·m (40 lb in)

Procedure

1. Remove the rear side door outside handle clip (Qty: 2).
2. Remove the rear side door outside handle rod.
