Instrument Panel Wiring Harness Junction Block Replacement

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
2. Remove the steering column opening filler. Refer to Steering Column Opening Filler Replacement .



3. Remove the I/P fuse block nut (1) and I/P fuse block.



4. Remove bolt (1) of I/P fuse block wiring harness and remove wiring harness (2).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

1. Install wiring harness and install I/P fuse block connector bolt and tighten to 6 N·m (53 lb in).
2. Install 2 I/P fuse block nut and tighten to 6 N·m (53 lb in).
3. Install the steering column opening filler. Refer to Steering Column Opening Filler Replacement .
4. Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
