Exhaust Manifold Removal

1. Remove the engine lift bracket bolt (4) and the engine lift bracket (3) from the exhaust manifold (1).
2. Remove the 8 exhaust manifold bolts (5).
3. Remove the exhaust manifold (1).
4. Remove the exhaust manifold gasket (2).
