Camshaft Housing Removal

  1. Remove the engine control module wiring harness bracket bolt (2).
  2. Remove the engine control module wiring harness bracket (1).

  3. Remove the 2 turbocharger wastegate actuator vacuum control solenoid valve bracket bolts (1).
  4. Remove the turbocharger wastegate actuator vacuum control solenoid valve bracket (2).

  5. Remove the 2 glow plug wiring harness bracket bolts (1).
  6. Remove the glow plug wiring harness bracket (2).

    7. 2549906

    Note: Take note that there are different bolt lengths.

  7. Remove the 13 camshaft housing bolts (2).
  8. Remove the 2 camshaft housing studs (1).
  9. Remove the camshaft housing (3).
  10. Remove the camshaft housing gasket (4).
