Fuel Injection Pump Installation

  1. Install the fuel injection pump seal.

    2. Note: Do not tilt the fuel injection pump actuator (1) at timing gear groove (4).

  2. Install the fuel injection pump (2).

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  3. Install the 3 fuel injection pump bolts (3) and tighten to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).
