Diesel Fuel Separator Installation

1. Install the diesel fuel separator (3).
2. Install the fuel return hose (2) to the fuel injection pump.
3. Install the fuel return hose clamp (6).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

4. Install the diesel fuel separator bolt (4) and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
5. Install the fuel injection fuel feed pipe bracket bolt (5) and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
6. Install the 3 fuel return hose connectors (1) to the 3 fuel injectors.
7. Clip in the 3 fuel injection fuel return hose retaining clips (7).
