Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Cooler Installation

  1. Install NEW exhaust gas recirculation valve cooler gasket (1).
  2. Install the exhaust gas recirculation valve cooler (2).

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  3. Install the 3 exhaust gas recirculation valve cooler bolts (3) and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  4. Install the throttle body bracket (1).
  5. Install the 2 throttle body bracket bolts (2) and tighten to 9 N·m (80 lb in).
