Turbocharger Heat Shield Installation

  1. Install the turbocharger heat shield (2).

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the lower turbocharger heat shield bolt (3) and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
  3. Install the 2 upper turbocharger heat shield bolts (1) and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
