Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve Removal

    Note: Mark the positions from the hoses.

  1. Remove the 2 PCV valve vacuum hoses (5) from the vacuum pipe and EGR valve.
  2. Remove the wiring harness plug from the vacuum modulator (2).
  3. Remove the 2 PCV valve nuts (4).
  4. Remove the PCV valve (3).

    5. Note: Do not damage the sealing surfaces.

  5. Remove the PCV valve gasket (1).
