Fuel Injection Pump Drive Pulley Removal

Special Tools

    • EN-6347 Bracket
    • EN-956-1 Handle / Extension
    • EN-49456 Puller

For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools .

  1. Install EN-6347 bracket and EN-956-1 handle (2) to fix the fuel pump drive pulley (1).

  2. Remove the fuel pump drive pulley nut (3).

  3. Install EN-49456 puller (2) to remove the fuel pump drive pulley (1).

  4. Remove fuel pump drive pulley (4).
  5. Remove the fuel injection pump drive gear key (1).
