Fuel Injection Pump Drive Pulley Installation

    • EN-6347 Bracket

  1. Fuel injection pump drive gear key (1).

    2. Note: Ensure that the recess (2) on the fuel pump drive pulley (2) and the fuel injection pump drive gear key (1) are on the same position, otherwise the sprocket could be damaged during the installation.

  2. Install fuel pump drive pulley (4).
  3. Install fuel pump drive pulley nut (3).

  4. Install EN-6347 bracket and EN-956-1 handle (2) to fix the fuel pump drive pulley (1).

    5. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  5. Tighten the fuel pump drive pulley nut to 70 N·m (52 lb ft).
