Oil Pump Disassemble

    Note: Guarantee that no dirt contaminate the oil pump assembly.

  1. Remove the engine oil pressure sensor (1).
  2. Remove the engine oil pressure sensor gasket (2).
  3. Remove the oil pump seal (3).
  4. Remove the oil pressure relief valve bore plug (4).
  5. Remove the oil pressure relief valve gasket (5).
  6. Remove the oil pressure relief valve spring (6).
  7. Remove the oil pressure relief valve (7).
  8. Remove the 3 oil pump cover bolts (11).
  9. Remove the oil pump cover (10).
  10. Remove the oil pump outer rotor (9).
  11. Remove the oil pump inner rotor (8).
