Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve Assemble

  1. Install the vacuum modulator (3).

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the 2 vacuum modulator bolts (2) and tighten to 7 N·m (62 lb in).
  3. Install the PCV valve gasket (4).
  4. Install the PCV valve (5).
  5. Install the 3 PCV valve bolts (1) and tighten to 11 N·m (98 lb in).
