Exhaust Gas Recirculation Pipe Installation

  1. Install NEW EGR pipe gaskets (1, 5).
  2. Install the EGR pipe (2).

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  3. Install the 2 EGR pipe bolts (3) and tighten to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).
  4. Install the 2 EGR pipe nuts (4) and tighten to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).
