Engine Flywheel Installation

Special Tools

EN-652 Locking Tool

For equivalent tools, refer to Special Tools .

1. Install the engine flywheel (1).

Note: Clean thread before insert bolt with locking compound (red). The maximum installation time including torque check is 10 minutes.

2. Install the 6 engine flywheel bolts (2).



3. Install EN-652 locking tool (1) to fix the engine flywheel.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

4. Tighten the 6 engine flywheel bolts to 105 N·m (78 lb ft).
