Charge Air Cooler Outlet Hose Replacement - 2.0L Diesel LLW

Removal Procedure
  1. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  2. Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement .

  3. Loosen the charge air cooler outlet air hose clamp.
  4. Remove the charge air cooler outlet hose (3) from the throttle body (1).

  5. Remove the charge air cooler outlet hose (2) from the radiator (1).

  6. Remove the charge air cooler outlet hose (1)..

Installation Procedure

  1. Install the charge air cooler outlet hose (1).

  2. Install the charge air cooler outlet hose (2) to the radiator (1).

    3. 2028279
  3. Install the charge air cooler outlet hose bolts (3) to the throttle body (1).

    4. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  4. Install the charge air cooler outlet hose clamp (2) and tighten to 7 N·m (62 lb in).
  5. Install the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement .
  6. Lower the vehicle.
