Preliminary Procedures

1. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
2. Remove the floor air outlet duct - left side. Refer to Floor Air Outlet Duct Replacement - Left Side : Right Hand Drive → Left Hand Drive .

Mode Control Cam Actuator Bolt

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
2.5 N·m (22 lb in)

Procedure

1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
2. For recalibration of the mode control cam actuator, refer to Actuator Recalibration .
