Throttle Body Assembly Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the air cleaner outlet front duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Front Duct Replacement .

    2. 2027503
  2. Remove the charge air cooler outlet air hose clamp (2).
  3. Remove the charge air cooler outlet air hose (3) from the throttle body (1).
  4. Remove the throttle body assembly. Refer to Electronic Throttle Actuator Control Module Removal .

Install Procedure
  1. Install the throttle body assembly. Refer to Electronic Throttle Actuator Control Module Installation .

    2. 2027503
  2. Install the charge air cooler outlet air hose (3) from the throttle body (1).

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  3. Install the charge air cooler outlet air hose clamp (2) and tighten to 7 N·m (62 lb in).
  4. Install the air cleaner outlet front duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Front Duct Replacement .
