Engine Block Assemble

Note: Guarantee that no dirt contaminate the piston oil nozzle tube.

1. Install the piston oil nozzle tube (2).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

2. Install the piston oil nozzle tube bolt (1) and tighten to 23 N·m (17 lb ft).



3. Install the crankshaft position sensor gasket (3).

Note: Guarantee that no dirt or swarf contaminate the crankshaft position sensor housing.

4. Install the crankshaft position sensor (2).
5. Install the crankshaft position sensor bolt (1) and tighten to 7 N·m (62 lb in).
