Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Vacuum Tank Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the air cleaner outlet front duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Front Duct Replacement .
  2. Remove the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement .

  3. Disconnect the 2 vacuum hoses.
  4. Remove the 2 exhaust gas recirculation valve vacuum tank bolts (2).
  5. Remove the exhaust gas recirculation valve vacuum tank (1).

Installation Procedure

  1. Install exhaust gas recirculation valve vacuum tank (1).
  2. Remove the 2 exhaust gas recirculation valve vacuum tank bolts (2).
  3. Connect the 2 vacuum hoses.
  4. Install the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement .
  5. Install the air cleaner outlet front duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Front Duct Replacement .
