Crankshaft Pulley Installation

Special Tools

For equivalent regional tools, Refer to Special Tools : 1.6L LXT .

1. Install the EN-652 holder (1). Lock the flywheel (2) via the starter crown wheel.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Caution: Refer to Torque-to-Yield Fastener Caution in the Preface section.




2. Install the crankshaft pulley (1) and NEW bolt (2) with screw locking compound and tighten in 3 passes using the EN-45059 meter :

2.1.	First pass to 95 N·m (70 lb ft)

2.2.	Second pass to 30°.

2.3.	Third pass to 15°.

3. Remove the EN-652 holder.
