Camshaft Position Sensor Replacement

1. Remove the camshaft gears. Refer to Camshaft Gear Replacement .



2. Remove the 2 camshaft position sensor bolts (2).
3. Remove the camshaft position sensor (1).

1. Install the camshaft position sensor (1).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

2. Install the 2 camshaft position sensor bolts (2) and tighten to 12 N·m (106 lb in).
3. Install the camshaft gears. Refer to Camshaft Gear Replacement .
