Timing Belt Upper Front Cover Replacement

1. Open bonnet.
2. Remove the engine sight shield. Refer to Engine Sight Shield Replacement .
3. Unclip the cooling liquid hose from the top of the timing belt upper front cover.



4. Remove the 3 timing belt upper front cover bolts (2).
5. Remove the timing belt upper front cover (1).

1. Install the timing belt upper front cover (1).
2. Install the 3 timing belt upper font cover bolts (2) and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
3. Clip in the cooling liquid hose from the top of the timing belt upper front cover.
4. Install the engine sight shield. Refer to Engine Sight Shield Replacement .
5. Close the bonnet.
