Timing Belt Idler Pulley Installation

  1. Clean the timing belt idler pulley thread in the cylinder head.
  2. Install the timing belt idler pulley (2).

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  3. Install the timing belt idler pulley bolt (1) and tighten to 40 N·m (30 lb ft).
