Engine Block Assemble

1. Install the NEW engine block core hole plugs (4) to the engine block (1).
2. Install the crankshaft pulse pick up sensor (2).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

3. Install the crankshaft pulse pick up sensor bolt (3) and tighten to 5 N·m (44 lb in).



4. Install the NEW engine block core hole plugs (4) to the engine block (1).
5. Install the knock sensor (2).
6. Install the knock sensor bolt (3) and tighten to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).
