Hydraulic Valve clearance Adjuster Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the 16 hydraulic valve clearance adjuster arms. Refer to Hydraulic Valve Clearance Adjuster Arm Replacement .

    2. 2190767

    Note: Mind the installation position of the hydraulic valve clearance adjusters.

  2. Remove the 16 hydraulic valve clearance adjusters (1).

Installation Procedure

    Note: Mind the installation position of the hydraulic valve clearance adjusters.

  1. Lubricate the hydraulic valve clearance adjusters with engine oil.
  2. Install the 16 hydraulic valve clearance adjusters (1).
  3. Install the 16 hydraulic valve clearance adjuster arms. Refer to Hydraulic Valve Clearance Adjuster Arm Replacement .
