Preliminary Procedures

1. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
2. Remove the front compartment fuse block. Refer to Front Compartment Fuse Block Replacement .

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
22 N·m (16 lbf ft)

Procedure

1. Remove 3 electrical connectors from the front compartment fuse block housing.
2. Remove the attaching parts.
