Timing Chain Tensioner Installation

EN-49073 Pin - Timing Chain Tensioner

For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools .

1. Tension the timing chain tensioner (1) with the EN-49073 tensioner .
2. Install the timing chain tensioner (1).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

3. Install the 2 timing chain tensioner retaining bolts (2) and tighten to 10N·m(89 lb in).
4. Remove the EN-49073 tensioner .
