Throttle Body Heater Inlet Hose Replacement - LDE, LXV, 2H0, LUW and LFH

1. Open the bonnet.
2. Place a collection basin under the vehicle.



3. Disconnect the throttle body heater inlet hose connector from the engine coolant thermostat housing (1).
4. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the throttle body heater inlet hose connector from the throttle body (3).
5. Remove the throttle body heater inlet hose (2).

1. Install the throttle body heater inlet hose (2).
2. Connect the throttle body heater inlet hose to the throttle body (3) and install the clamp.
3. Connect the throttle body heater inlet hose (2) to the engine coolant thermostat housing (1).



4. Top up the coolant by filling to the bottom line (black arrow) on the coolant expansion tank (1) if necessary.
5. Close the bonnet.
