Water Pump Pulley Replacement - LDE, LXV, 2H0, LUW and LFH

1. Remove the air cleaner housing. Refer to  Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement : LDE, LXV, LUW, 2H0 and LFH .



2. Loosen the 3 water pump pulley bolts (1).

Note: Counterhold against crankshaft balancer bolt.

3. Remove the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement .
4. Remove the 3 water pump pulley bolts (1).
5. Remove the water pump pulley (2) from the water pump (3).

1. Install the water pump pulley (2) to the water pump (3).
2. Install the 3 water pump pulley bolts (1).
3. Install the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement .

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

4. Tighten the 3 water pump pulley bolts (1) to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).

Note: Counterhold against crankshaft balancer bolt.

5. Install the air cleaner housing. Refer to  Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement : LDE, LXV, LUW, 2H0 and LFH .
