Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation .
2. Remove the front wing wheel opening moulding. Refer to Front Wing Wheel Opening Moulding Replacement .
3. Remove the headlamp. Refer to Headlamp Replacement .
4. Remove the front bumper fascia outer guide. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Guide Replacement .
5. Remove the front wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement .
6. Remove the front wing insulator. Refer to Front Wing Insulator Replacement .
7. Remove the front wing shipping cover. Refer to Front Wing Shipping Cover Replacement .
8. Remove the air inlet grille panel. Refer to Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement .
9. Loosen sill panel moulding partially. Refer to Sill Panel Moulding Replacement .

Front Wing Bolt (Qty: 6)

Caution : Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
9 N·m (80 lb in)

Front Wing Bolt (Qty: 2)

Tip
Just loosen the bolt.

Tighten
9 N·m (80 lb in)

Procedure

Adjust the front wing as needed. Refer to Front Side Door Adjustment and Bonnet Adjustment .
