Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove both cargo tie down hooks. Refer to Cargo Tie Down Hook Replacement .
2. Remove the rear side door sill trim plate. Refer to  Rear Side Door Sill Trim Plate Replacement : 4-Door Notchback 69 .
3. Remove the rear compartment sill trim plate. Refer to Rear Compartment Sill Trim Plate Replacement .
4. Remove the quarterlight garnish moulding. Refer to Quarterlight Garnish Moulding Replacement .
