Throttle Body Heater Outlet Hose Replacement - 1.8L 2H0

1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .



2. Loosen the clamp (2) and disconnect the throttle body heater outlet hose (3) from the radiator surge tank (1).
3. Disconnect the throttle body heater outlet hose connector from the throttle body (4). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
4. Remove the throttle body heater outlet hose (3).

1. Install the throttle body heater outlet hose (3).
2. Connect the throttle body heater outlet hose connector to the throttle body (4). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
3. Connect the throttle body heater outlet hose (3) to the radiator surge tank (1) and install the clamp (2).
4. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
