Transmission Rear Mount Replacement

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
2. Using a suitable jack stand, support the rear of the powertrain.



3. Remove the transmission bracket mount to mount through bolt and nut (1).
4. Remove the transmission mount to frame bolt (2).
5. Remove the transmission mount (3).

1. Install the transmission mount (3).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

2. Install the transmission mount to frame bolt (2) and tighten to 100 N·m (74 lb ft).
3. Install the transmission bracket mount to mount through bolt and nut (1) and tighten to 80 N·m (59 lb ft).
4. Remove the jack stand.
5. Lower the vehicle.
