Preliminary Procedure

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
2. Remove the front tyre and wheel assemblies. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
3. Remove the lower control arm. Refer to Lower Control Arm Replacement .

Lower Control Arm Rear Bush Nut

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tip
Note the position of the bushing during removal.

Tighten
110 N·m + 53° (81 lb ft + 53°)

Hold the rear bush when tightening the rear bush bolt.
