Timing Chain Tensioner Removal

Special Tools

EN-50513 Locking Pin .

For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools

1. Rotate the timing chain tensioner (1) in direction as shown (arrow).
2. Fix the timing chain tensioner position with the EN-50513 locking pin  (2).



3. Remove the 2 timing chain tensioner bolts (3).
4. Remove the timing chain tensioner (1).

Note: With substitution of the timing chain tensioner.

5. Remove the EN-50513 locking pin  (2).
