Vacuum Pump Installation

  1. Install the power brake booster pump gasket.

    2. Note: Do not tilt the power brake booster pump actuator at timing gear groove (3).

  2. Install the power brake booster pump (1).

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  3. Install the 2 power brake booster pump bolts (2) and tighten to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).
